1. Shakespeare in the Park: Twelfth Night | Thru June 25, 2023

Experience Shakespeare’s classic comedy like never before with this year’s Shakespeare in the Park! Set in the glamorous and celebrity-filled city of Miami, Twelfth Night follows the story of Viola and her twin brother as they navigate a new world after a shipwreck. Filled with romance, music, and surprises, this Latin-inflected tale of love and reinvention will captivate audiences of all ages.

Tuesday-Sunday at 8 p.m. at the beautiful Shakespeare Glen in Forest Park. Best of all, Shakespeare in the Park is free to attend, with no reservations required.

2. First Fridays in Grand Center | June 2, 2023

On the first Friday of every month, museums and galleries in Grand Center Arts District are free and open until 9pm. It’s an evening of art, music, and culture. Check out the June participating Locations.

Pride weekend in St. Louis, and be ready to celebrate at the Pride Bar Crawl.

It is Pride weekend in St. Louis, and be ready to celebrate at the Pride Bar Crawl. The bar crawl will kick off at the Rehab Bar and Grill at 4:00 p.m. and the festivities will go on to midnight. This includes the “after-party,” from 10:00 p.m. to midnight. Tickets include two drinks or shots, and an event stadium cup, available to the first 400 people to check-in.

5. Juneteenth “FREE DOME” Celebration | June 19, 2023

Juneteenth “FREE-DOME” Celebration is a one day family oriented event celebrating the rich heritage, history and culture of people of African descent. We will come together to show that we are UNITED and to celebrate our unity with diverse people throughout Saint Louis City.

6. Saucy Soiree Grand Tasting Party 2023 (TBD)

Bring your appetite down to St. Louis’s historic Union Station area to enjoy some of the best food the area has to offer! Every year Sauce Magazine polls its readers about the best eateries and drinking establishments in the St. Louis area and the Saucy Soiree Grand Tasting Party is your chance to sample the winners of the 2023 poll.

At this event, you get to sample dishes from the top restaurants in the area, while sipping on beverages from the top breweries, bars, and wineries. General Admission Tickets are $40.

7. Fan Expo | June 24-25, 2023

Fan Expo St. Louis

It is time to celebrate all things comic books and pop culture when St. Louis Comic-Con (Formerly Wizard World) comes to town! This year’s Fan Expo event will pack a big punch with over 100 different vendor booths and artist tables to explore. There will also be special guests through the weekend.

Dress in your best cosplay for a chance to take home a cash prize, and/or take part in the video and tabletop gaming tournaments. Full weekend passes are $25, Saturday only is $18, while Sunday is $15. Kids under 12 are free!

8. Pridefest St. Louis | June 24-25, 2023

PrideFest St. Louis is one of the most-attended Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) events in the Midwest region. Held in the green spaces outside of Soldiers Memorial, Market Street between North Tucker and North 15th.

The theme for PrideFest 2022 depicts our excitement to bring PrideFest back to our traditional home in Downtown St. Louis after a two-year hiatus.

Don’t miss the Pride Parade down Market Street on Sunday at noon.

9. Annual St. Louis Water Garden Society Pond and Garden Tour | June 24-25,2023

Get ready to celebrate all things fishing, ponds, and gardening. The St. Louis Water Garden Society is kicking off its 23rd Annual Pond and Garden Tour.

The event is made up of touring 30 private gardens in the St. Louis area that are owned and cared for by the Society members. Enjoy these self-guided tours of some of the most beautiful gardens and home ponds in the area. Tickets start at $15 per person and cover both days of tours or receive a group discount of $10 a ticket for groups of 10 or more.

10. JB Blast: Independence Day Celebration | June 30, 2023

Kick-off the weekend of July 4th celebrations at the historic Jefferson Barracks. Spend the evening enjoying live music at the outdoor Veterans Memorial Amphitheater then top off the night with an amazing fireworks display. Bring blankets, lawn chairs, and drinks and snacks to enjoy then find the perfect spot to watch the show. This event is free to attend!

Gates open at 5 p.m., live music begins at 7 p.m. and fireworks at 9:15 p.m.

11. Summer BBQ Wine Tasting | June 9, 2023

BBQ and wine scream happy summer! The Backyard BBQ Wine Tasting event will help you learn which wines pair best with some of your favorite summer BBQ dishes.

Wine expert Faith Linkogel will be on hand to walk you through tasting and pairing the best wines with the pork steaks, burgers, hot dogs, etc. you will be eating throughout the night. Tickets are just $15.

12. Summer Solstice Sound Journey & Restorative Yoga | June 21, 2023

Celebrate the Summer Solstice and kick off the changing seasons, all while getting in a little exercise. This event is an amazing opportunity for the yoga lovers out there and those of you interested in starting off the summer season with a healthy mindset. Tickets are $25 per person.

13. St. Charles Block Party | June 24, 2023

Celebrate the art form that is printmaking with a steamroller. At the Block Party, there will be large steamrollers on display, creating works of art carved on wood blocks and other large heavy machinery and vehicles will also be on display.

There will also be fun interactive art projects for everyone to participate in. And do not forget there will be live music, vendor booths, beer booths, and food trucks to enjoy. This event is free to attend.
